How do I add an IM service?

If you don't already have an account with the IM service you wish to add you will need to creating one. For example, to get an MSN (Windows Live Messenger) account you need to go here and follow the steps to create a Windows Live ID.

You can then add this account to Palringo. Log into your Palringo account and select Add Service... from the main menu (on iPhone and iPod Touch tap the P tab from the bottom menu and select Add service ). Choose the IM service and enter the account's username and password.

The account will then appear under the Palringo service and, if you have entered your details correctly, will connect. Your contacts on this account will appear in the contact list.
