If you get the 'Login incorrect' error then you are able to connect to our servers but the account information you entered did not match that in our database or a Palringo account has not been created (sign up here).
If you have already created an account I recommend resetting your password here.
Note that passwords are case sensitive so try something simple and you can set it to a more secure one once you are able log in.
If you don't get an error and Palringo tries to connect indefinitely then you can't reach our servers. Network operators often configure phones to use a proxied connection (Wikipedia: proxy). This will not work with Palringo as the proxy server blocks traffic to our servers. However, you should be able to set up another (non-proxied) connection that will be compatible.
Contact your operator for more information and help with configuring your device or you could try our forum where another user may have posted settings that work.
