Missing Group Icons/Images

Is there anything that would prevent the image I have allocated to the group appearing on the iphone. They are all 'clean' small -30k jpegs, but sadly not showing up on the iphones in pal. Actually 1 did show up instantly today when I change the pic, but then replaced it and out of 5 groups, its the only one that is showing (the wrong one) lol.

Are you running the lite or premium version on Palringo? Can you provide the groups names and we can investigate for you?

I am having a similar problem. My group, rootHost, I have set to an image from my flash drive, called "biohazard_1600.jpg". It is 1600 x 1200, and 1.84 MB large. 72 dpi x 72 dpi, bit depth of 24, Is there any reason it wouldn't show?

I also tried one before it, called "biohazard.jpg". another 1600 x 1200, 537 KB and 96 dpi both ways, same bit depth.

I'm using the Premium version of the Palringo app. iPod Touch 32GB 2nd Gen on firmware 3.1.3

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi this seems to be working fine for us here? Is this still an issue after the latest release that was deployed a few days ago.

i am having this simlar issue with 2 of the groups i admin

Can you send us the 2 groups names in question? Then we can have a look through our records and what the issue is?
