frequent logout and lost messages

Hi Palringo team,

I have the premium version of palringo. After 2.8 version, I noticed that palringo log me out from all IM services (Palringo,Google,yahoo,facebook,etc) very frequently. I understand palringo premium log you in for 24 hours, but in my situation, i was chatting my frends then i press home button, after a few secs, i receive push message, so i open the palringo again, i see all IM services are logging again(red and green flashing),the message my friend was sent is lost, that is so annoying.

I didnt see that kind of frequent logout and lost messages before 2.8.

Hi we are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in the next update which is due out very soon.

When will the next update be released? Can't you roll back to the previous version so that I don't keep losing messages, or return back my money so that I can buy another IM which I can use... Losing messages make me so frustrated and I almost recommend palringo to all my friend, but with the latest update, i don't even touch it... Ps: @singapore: you can see at every corner people using iphone and doing IM...

exactly the same thing here. Could you tell us when the next release going to come out? Lost my patient...

I'm having the same thing happen. Extremely annoying >:-( please fix :-)

Hi the new version was released a few days ago. This should be fixed now?

This problem with the random logouts is still happenning with version 2.9 I usually have aim, msn and palringo logged in at the same time. But now since the 2.9 upgrade msn and aim just randomly disconnect. Could you sort this out please?

Is there a error message at all when they disconnect? They seem to log in fine for us here.
