What phones can work... and does the java version support push to talk

plz guys when wil the voice be out???

We want to test the basic functionality of Palringo on Java first. Voice is in the final stages of internal testing here and should be rolled out very soon. Say, withing a fortnight.

No doubt people will complain that it's 'crap' or 'not up to the job' but bearing in mind that it's version 0.5, I think it's brilliant and works well (despite the obvious minor bugs) on the several phones that I've tried it on. Oh, apart from Nokia 9500... it doesn't recognise the full keyboard but then tha java version isn't really aimed at top-end devices...

Im very happy with the development of the JAVA App, Could I suggest adding touch screen support to it?

Is BB Pearl not supported? tried to download using my BB browser but my device is not recognised.. :-(

There will be a Blackberry compatible version soon

There are yes. As soon as the SDK is available early next year we will be seriously considering an iPhone version.

when i go to www.palringo.mobi on my phone it just says "nothing to see here, move along"

Sorry for keeping you waiting so long. No word on this yet so I will chase up the Java developers and let you know what they say.

Voice messaging for the Java version is being tweaked as I write this. I'm not feeling brave enough to predict a release date again as they tend to be way off
