Unable to quit a group

I've noticed sometimes a group (and when I tried gruupz) will disappear from the list of groups. When that happens, I am no longer able to unsubscribe from that group.

 

How can ye leave a group when (even by searching the exact name) ye can't find it?

If its on your Palringo account if you just log-in to any of the clients you can leave a group from there. What device are you running?

Exact same issue.

I can attempt to join the group again, it doesn't give me a notification that i've successfully joined, instead it acts as if nothing occurred but it still shows up on the website "group history" & people from the group not in my contacts can still contact me. 

 

Both iPhone 3G & MacBook running the latest client.
