my palringo is crashing during the log in on my N95. One hour ago it worked fine, but now after a restart... i reinstalled it but it doesn't help. When i want to log in it crashes and the program is closing... i'm using w-lan.
Please specify which version of applcation you are using. We used to observe this behaviour on older versions (pre 0.97.14). This was due to a bug in auto update code. We enabled update service on Friday so I think that's what is causing the problem. Please remove the old version (you can not upgrader from old version since it wasn't symbian signed) and install the latest version (0.97.17) from out website or point you mobile phone to www.palringo.mobi.
I changed my pal password on here, since then the application crashes just as it starts to 'syncronising contacts' load. Really pissing me off! I even re-installed it!!! Grrrrr
Having looked at your user profile I would say that you are running out of memory on your phone. Please login to the website and remove the groups which you don't use. (You do it through the group gallery). Basically the groups have grown and your phone cannot handle the size anymore.
This worked for me, i had the problem for ages and was gettin really angry! Just downloaded the app to my PC and deleted the groups i didnt need. Then it signed in fine!
