Yahoo issues

Anyone else having issues with Yahoo Messenger in Palringo?  I have been having issues over the last month.  First I was having cert issues, then I couldn't connect at all, now I can connect but I am not able to see presence for my Yahoo contacts.  I have removed the Yahoo service and added it back several times.

Yep. Me, too. Yahoo is doing funky stuff. I am not able to sign into my two yahoo IMs on different browsers without a few go-rounds on the Mac lately as well.

Hi, i just install palringo ver 2.1 in my PC (winXP).

After i put my service (Yahoo), there is no my yahoo contact. Also i couldn't add new contact.

I try with beta version (http://beta.palringo.com/) for Windows desktop, but still failed.

Any experience to solve it? pls share. Many thanks.

please let me know, how can I solve error #1013. when I add yahoo service, I put my username & password.

 

I try to connect but I get this error " Unknown error number 1013 "

Error 1013 is an error with the Yahoo username. For Yahoo you only need to enter the identifier before the @yahoo.com as the username. For example if your e-mail address is example@yahoo.com then the username will simply be example.

For me, after i put in my pw and sn it says that i been locked out, too many tries, i kno for a fact i put in the info right

Install the latest beta here and then try adding the service again.
