Palringo future

I'v got few questions about future of Palringo:

- will Palringo support and let make by users addons like plug-ins?

- skins for Palringo - are we gonna get any software for preparing them by ourself?

- tools that let people know are we online at the moment, simple web-app like "gadu-gadu status" (gadu-gadu state) - yes or not?
