You guys need to change this back....  The new "FEATURE" that has the icon/avatar of a contact in the contact list become larger has caused me to send my IMs to the WRONG PERSON NO LESS THAN 5 TIMES ALREADY!  There appears to be no way of turning this off! 

Who tested this and said it was good to go???

If you put the contact list item size to maximum then this feature will be disabled until the next release.

The avatar are really cool in my opinion.

The auto-expansion feature has been disabled in the latest beta if you want to try that out.
