Contacts don't show after logging in

For the past few days I've had nothing but trouble on this. I'll have palringo log in and it'll show my services as online and I switch over to the contacts tab and my contacts won't show, or it will lock up while highlighting the contacts tab. This is on the Windows PC client as well as the Windows Mobile client on 6.1. Its getting frustrating and showing that the services is becoming unreliable. Are you aware of the problem? Though I have a feeling that it does have something to do with Facebook Chat because Facebook continually updates their site. So the bridge from palringo to Facebook might be causing the issue. Not necessarily palringo, more on Facebooks side. Any Ideas?

Is this on the released client, or the beta version?

We've not had any other reports of this, so any other information would be extremely useful.  e.g.  Is it only when the Facebook bridge is online that the lockups occur?

This is on a released client. Yes a lot of times is when Facebook is online. It was on the release just after 1.4.2 on windows mobile and on the current release on windows pc. 2.0

Could you try the beta version from:

beta.palringo.com

and let us know if it has been fixed?  Thanks!

I have tried the new beta and same result. I am seriously starting to think that the Facebook bridge is the main issue. Mainly due to the fact that Facebook is continually changing something so it can't talk to you guys very well.

We have been having some problems with Facebook this may be causing the issues. We are investigiating, however it may be an issue with Facebook itself.
