Hi Darryl,
Much as I like Palringo despite its minor flaws, I find myself agreeing with Chris. Facebook is arguably the most popular plugin for Palringo, and the fact that it's still not working properly is extremely distressing to loyal Palringo users. The fact that your competition had it fixed within 24 hours and yet it remains broken in Palringo, spreaks volumes.
As a beta tester, I expect to see lots of bugs in the software, but on the same note, I expect to see cutting-edge features, of which I have seen none. To be frank, the current version of Palringo offers nothing spectacular that I can't get elsewhere, and certainly nothing that I'd be willing to pay for.
Please don't take this harsh criticism as an underhanded complaint and a personal dig, as it is not. Instead, take it as a voice from your clients that they're currently not happy with the product you offer.
