I can only add groups but nothing else!

I am brand new and do not know what the heck is going on. I cannot add services, and only see where I can add a group but not get into any chats. I am having other issue with the progam as well, but want to just get to the point where I can actually chat. Please help! I have a Mac Pro running Leopard and an iPhone.

The OSX version is still an alpha release so bugs are expected. If you are still unable to add a service I suggest doing this on one of our other platforms - when you log back in on OSX the service will then be available.
