I use a BlackBerry Bold 9000 with the latest software installed. I'm VERY happy with Palringo as eBuddy does not work anymore. I've been using your software for a few days now its just amazing! I'm a Canadian living in China using my unlocked t-mobile blackberry with China Mobile. Everything works that I need to use but my QQ keeps giving me "Error Bridging not available" I would really like to get this fixed as QQ here in China is bigger than anything else and everyone of my local contacts use it. I'm also using 1.01 of Palringo so I'm unsure what else to do.

thanks tom! I'm running a 500MB data plan that includes WAP & NET. China mobiles offer CMWAP and CMNET as 2 different services but once you go above 1 level of payment you get both togeather. my APN is just CMNET with no password or username. I will download your PC based software to test it and see if it works.

Hello, the same thing happens to me when I try to connect to QQ. I am on a wifi connection in America (I don't have a data plan), and all of my other services work. Only QQ tells me "bridging not available." Other than that, though, this application is great! I have used EQO before and Palringo is so much better. Thank you.

We have made some fixes to our servers, which should tomorrow make the bridges much more stable.

Have you tried to remove the service and add it again, to see if the new connection makes a difference?

QQ does not work on my BB. I have the same bridging error. QQ was the only reason that I installed Palringo. I am using BB 8900 from T-Mobile US.

@Samr56 This is the BlackBerry support area, you might have a look at the area supporting Nokia type phones... As for myself, its September 21st, I've updated to the latest version of the BB OS for the bold and reinstalled QQ fresh.. STILL getting the same error... come on palringo... QQ is mainstream in china... and with blackberry making a HUGE market push here next year you've got a head start to beat everyone else.... and your service still does not work at all... still bridging error

i'm still waiting for QQ to work and nothing.... if i was paying for this... i would be a lot more upset than i am now... some times you need to have the lesser of 2 evils... maybe google ads for mobile can help them.
