Make sure you are running the latest version (1.01) then...

Menu -> Services -> Add Service then select Facebook and enter your details.

Then where do the contacts show up? I have signed in using facebook and my info and it shows I'm online but there are no contacts or anyway to initiate a chat.

U have to scroll to where all ur contacts r and look for the facebook symbol

I have the same problem...they are not listed in the offline or online headings. It says i'm connected, but the contacts are simply missing.

Facebook works differently from the other services in that you will only see online contacts and contacts that have been online since you signed in.

My contacts show up for msn, and after removing palringo and re-downloading it my facebook contacts or showing, however contacts for my other services are still not showing up

my facebook chat kind of stop working yesterday (9/14/09). it will let me send but not always receive. i have a bb 8350i. what can i do to fix this if anthing?

cmorris the facebook contacts should be imported automatically when the service is added. Only online contacts for facebook will show and not the offline ones.

gambinos there were some issues with facebook yesterday, try removing the service and readding to see if that helps?
