Hello Everyone,

In response to the post above, we have put together another update for you guys. This time around, you should be able to add and remove services and contacts to your heart?s content. In addition, we threw in the option to change the font size, in case the text gets too small. Let us know if there are more problems.
To download the latest version please point you phones browser to

The new update to Palringo has not changed anything for me. I still go to services and can not add anything. And when i try to log onto AOL it says "The server did not allow you to sign on at this time. Login incorrect." I have a verizon blackberry pearl 8130.

Hey guys, if you still having problems try and download Desktop version.
I know it is silly but it works for me without problem.
You add stuff from desktop application and once you log in on your BlackBerry everything is there.

Hope this helps.

I saw this app posted on crackberry.com and I'm assuming you are going to have alot more people testing this app soon. Do you think email is the best way to accept feedback and bug reports? There's no way of us knowing what has been reported already and having multiple emails about the same issues is quite a waste of time to whoever is keeping track of them. Just a little food for thought. I'll use the email until I hear different.

Would like to try it out, but I can't even make a connection. I installed the Windows App as well, and set up my Y! in there, but that does not seem to make a difference

I uninstall this afternoon and re-downloaded from parlingo.mobi and everything is now working just fine for me. I was able to add a service from my Blackberry without any issues.

Hey guys got this sweet app running on my Curve yesterday afternoon, and love it! The only thing is that it keeps doubling and tripling my contacts. It starts by listing them only once but after about 10 mins I look at my contacts again and everybody is listed three times. Anybody else seeing this happen?

Hello Guys,

Thanks for the feedback. We know there have been a few issues that need to be ironed out, and we?re ironing real hard right now :-)

We?re working real hard in fixing these issues, so all your feedback is greatly appreciated.

In response to the recent problems, we?ve fixed many of the reported issues and are continuing to improve the experience thanks to our user feedback.

We are aware of the "contact duplication" error and I will let you know as soon as this has been fixed.

As always if you have any other issue please mail us @ support.palringo.com

I have the same problem. Tried uninstall and reinstall and reboot and nothing.

It's a shame as I liked how it looked, much better than other im applications out there.

Btw, I'm on a corporate 8100 on O2 UK.

I just downloaded it this morning, I'm on a T-Mobile 8320 Curve.

For the most part, this Java edition (v0.61) seems to be working well as of when I downloaded it less than an hour ago.

I sent the link to my brother (8100 Pearl on T-Mobile) so he can test it out. I've seen some Curve users post problems but also a lot more from Pearl users (or the Pearl just sells more hehe).

I have the same problem on the Perl (8100), never have been able to connect. It always looses the connection.
Would be nice to have an app like this runnig!

Hi Guys,

Reset assured we're still working on the issue, as soon as our Java "Guru" tells me it's good to go, I'll drop a post on here and let you all know.

Thats horrible that it wont let you login, I have even tried the new os - 4.5 but NOTHING --> I know its free but does not seem like a stable product for me- tried on my 8800 in addition to my 8310 but nada.
