Palringo v2.1.1 (Corrected)

Do you guys know how long palringo lite will stay online/pushing after the app is closed??  1hour?? 4 hours?? or 24hours??? Thanks!!!

tried adding gchat but didnt work. also tried adding using jabber and still didn't work. any idea?

I downloaded the update that was released yesterday, how do I enable push notifications?  There's no place inside the app, nor in iPhone settings.

There was no update released yesterday.  You downloaded 2.2, not 2.2.1.  Read any of about 57 threads on that topic.  2.2.1 when released should fix push notifications in Palringo Lite.

Am I missing something, but wasnt the last release v2.1 that included the premium version,  where did v2.2 go ????

Not answering mudcake's question, but I just realized that I mistyped - I meant "2.1", not "2.2".  But yeah, I guess instead of submitting a patch that simply fixed 2.1's push problem, all the changes that were pending for 2.2 were submitted along with the push fix?

Yes the last version was v2.1. But the new version that has been submitted to Apple is v2.2.1

push notification is not working for me.  i just restored my iphone 3g to apple fw 3.0.1 and purchased palringo premium today.  all the options for push notifications are enabled in iphone settings, but it is not working.  i have to proactively run palringo to get notification of new messages

If you actually DID search you'd find that you need to enable push inside palringo per service. Go ahead, give it a try.

Please post a new thread for any questions not related to the upcoming 2.2.1 fix.  This thread probably should be locked, anyway.

The issues with the keyboard should be fixed in the new release aswell.

It looks like there have been two releases of the I Can Has Cheezburger app and iFitness app (which seems to have an update almost weekly) just since 2.2.1 was submitted.  Apple's not showing you the love, guys!
