anyone getting this? message cannot be sent because of an error occurred. i'm assuming something with the system that palringo will fix? as i've tried deleting, restarting...i didnt do anything just suddenly happened. plsssss fix soon support team :'(

I try to send a message to a contact who was online and I received a message saying "message was not sent because an unknown error occurred."

Have you tried to uninstall and readd the program to see if the new connection makes a difference?

Yesterday we submitted the update for the iPhone client and we are waiting for it to be approved by the app store. This new version should fix this issue. It should be out very soon.
