The best place to advertise your Group is in the Groups Gallery;

To add a group you own, you must;

Validate your email address in the My Account area, then put your group in an appropriate category and accept the Terms and Conditions.

If you want to further improve your listing, give your group a good Avatar image and complete the description fields.

It can take a couple of hours for the Groups Gallery cache to refresh so dont panic if you dont see it straight away.

We regularly prune the Groups Gallery of groups which dont follow the Terms and Conditions, if your group doesnt you risk your group being banned from the Groups Gallery and all the in-client Groups Gallery.

Hello,

Ive been using pal on my Iphone for a while. I just loaded pal onto my computer. I cannot see any of the people I chat with except one. she is the administrator of our group. but it does not show the group at all. the stange thing is that one of the group members started chatting with me and I was able to chat back via my computer but unable to add or see him in the pal window. how do I see my group?

There is a search groups feature in the iPhone client and on the website.

HI Darryl,

Can you just have a look to make sure that I have done everything right.

I have tried to put "Australia" into the groups gallery. I have filled out the descriptions, and avatar etc. that is all good and well.

However when I am at the screen that asks whether I want it not to be listed, or whether it contains adult content etc etc, I make sure all the settings on that are correct and accept the terms.

I get what appears to be a success message, but still, days later I can't search "Australia" and see it :(.

Avatars (profile pictures) can be added to your account. All you need to do is log into the Palringo website and then go to the 'My Account' section and insert a picture into the avatar box.

The option to add an avatar into the client itself will be added soon.

I noticed there's no groups for smokeless tobacco fans so I created one. It's called fans of tobacco you don't smoke or snort. All are welcome thanks.
