How do I leave a Group?

To leave a group right click, tap and hold, etc. on the Group Chat contact from the Group tab and choose Leave Group from the context menu.

On the iPhone or iPod Touch tap the Group tab from the bottom menu bar then tap Edit from the top left, select the red button next to the group you want to delete and then tap Delete.
