I have received a chat message or email requesting my credit card details / password. What should I do?

Do not reply to chat messages or emails that request your credit card details, password or other data. You should never share private information such as passwords or credit card details via IM.  

Palringo will never request such data by chat or email.  Please help us and other users by reporting any parties requesting such details by sending an email to support@palringo.com
